1. Who we are
ScopeBuilder is a product of Fylum Agency LLC d/b/a Structurl, a New York limited liability company. In this policy, "ScopeBuilder," "we," "us," and "our" mean Fylum Agency LLC d/b/a Structurl operating ScopeBuilder.

2. What this policy covers
This one policy covers ScopeBuilder: the site at scopebuilder.app and the ScopeBuilder application. The application is not yet generally available. Sections marked below describe how it handles your information once you have an account.
3. What we collect on the site
Your email address. If you request early access, we collect the email address you enter and the date you entered it. That is the only information you give us directly on this site, and you give it deliberately.
Submitting that form records your address in our leads database at Notion, sends us a notification and you a confirmation through Resend, and adds your address to our Mailchimp audience so we can send you launch and development updates. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not delete the record in our leads database; email us to have that removed too.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site. It collects pages viewed, time on page, referring source, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address at the city or region level. We send Google Analytics no personal information about you, including no email address.
Server and network logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs requests, including IP address, timestamp and user agent, for security and reliability.
4. What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, mailing address or payment details on the landing page. We do not buy personal data about you from third parties, and we do not attempt to identify anonymous visitors by name or employer.
5. How we use what we collect
Your email address is used to tell you when ScopeBuilder launches and to send occasional updates about its development. Nothing else. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
Usage and log data are used to improve the site and keep it secure.
6. We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We run no advertising pixels and no retargeting.

8a. How we protect it
In transit. Every connection to scopebuilder.app is encrypted with TLS.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you email.
Email privacy@fylum.agency. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have these rights by statute, plus the right to appeal if we refuse a request. To appeal, reply to our response and say you are appealing.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
11. Children
ScopeBuilder is a business tool, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@fylum.agency and we will delete it.
12. Where your data is handled
We operate from the United States and our providers process data in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information is transferred here.
13. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
